CALL TAKER

SMARTTEG is a business technology company, dedicated to the outsourcing of technology operations in various modalities, with specialization in more than 10 topics associated with the hardware we sell, knowledge in third-party technology where we act as advisors and with multi-industry experience.

Based on the actual skills, the Call Taker will be required either to:

1. Cold call

- Cold call a potential customer to generate interest in our products

- Fill out all required fields in our CRM system

- Transfer the call to a Sales Person

2. Close

- Drive the Customer into the options we offer

- Follow up with the Customer if necessary

- Close the sale

Professional requirements are:

- Excellent English pronunciation

- 1 year experience in similar positions

- Basic computer and web browsing skills
